Closed Beta Testing: Feel the Panic!

CBT starts this Friday, and although I'm excited, I'm expecting the worse. D/C, mass flooding of people...the whole deal. I've already gone with the Magician in testing, so I'll probably get him to 2nd class to experiment with him, as well as trying out the other classes. It all just happened so quickly, I'm not sure the real deal has sunk in quite yet. o_o

Friday's Preview

Well, contrary to my last entry, I did get into the preview at about 10:00PM EST. (The preview was supposed to end at 11:00) I was too busy having fun to take any screenshots, though. From what I've seen, it's a great game (as expected). I used the Magician, and I love him! I haven't tried the other classes though, so I don't have anything to compare it to. Expect more screenshots and reviews this evening.

Frustration

IAH definitely gets an F for easing in their Preview. I downloaded a client and installed it, waiting for the magic "6:00". However, it doesn't work. I get to the server screen, but no channels appear, making it, um, impossible to play. >_> And then, they put up another client for us to download. Looks like I (most likely) won't be joining the preview Friday night. I'd say "maybe I'll get on tomorrow", but for all I know, they'll pull the same stunt and keep sending us brand new clients to download as soon as we think our current one works. So frustrating...

Getting Excited!

Less than a week until we get a chance to play. >.< I've been thinking, and I've decided to try out the Mage first. I was looking at some PvP videos, and they seem pretty nifty. As for second class, we'll have to just see what the two classes are like.

As for his name, it's going to be Shride, while all of my other characters will be anagrams of that. (like Edrish, Srihde, Diresh, etc.)

Introduction

Here's just my little introduction to anybody who might be reading this. I've decided to start a blog about the brand-new MMORPG, Dragonica, produced by IAH games. I live in the United States, but I'm really too impatient to wait for this game to be released in the US. I'm excited to play the CBT on Valentine's Day weekend, and can't wait to test it out. When I do start up, I'd like my main character to excel at large-scale PvP and guild support. I'm not sure which class that's going to be, but we'll all just have to find out together.

I also play Granado Espada, and have another blog concerning that. An excerpt from my introduction in that:

"About myself...I'm pretty young; only in my mid teens. I run Cross-Country, and am an active fencer. I'm an Aquarius, and I enjoy long walks on the beach...wait, wrong site. My relationship with the rest of my family is pretty bad, for reasons I can't elaborate upon here."
